Customs & Immigration Requirements to the Cayman Islands
The following documents are required for Customs and Border Control
General Declaration form listing all crew and passengers on board
Immigration form per individual detailing
- Name
- Home address
- Citizenship
- Passport No
- Date of Birth
These forms will be provided to crew and passenger upon arrival.

A general declaration must be presented and stamped by the Cayman Islands Customs and Border control for every flight entering and exiting the Islands.
